Day 113: Family visit
Fred’s parents came to visit us for a couple days. It was a great visit, we went to Anthony’s on the Port of Olympia for fresh fish, and the later to Flanagan’s for a great Irish evening.
Day 112: You’ll shoot your eye out, kid.
Fred is gathering up pieces for his pirate persona, Frederick Flintlocke. Part of his outfit is this lovely replica musket (that does, in fact, fire) and three replica flintlock pistols (that haven’t come in yet).
Yay piracy!
Day 111: Mother’s Day
Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms in our lives!
Day 110: Pirating
I just absolutely adore this photo. He’s so fun! What do you think the skull is saying to make Fred look this way?
Day 109: Friends
We stopped in for a drink at our favorite pub, with our favorite people. Also, Fred’s an expensive date, ladies, I’m just saying.
Day 108: We went out for dinner at the Rock, after a very long and frustrating day for both of us. Fred was quite happy with his cast iron skillet full of wings, and I was with my bucket of rum. Yay food!
Day 107: Quality Time
Panda spends some quality time with Fred. It’s adorable, you can even see him sort of smiling. I keep teasing him that I found a cat he actually likes.
Day 106: Sick again
Fred was sick a couple weeks ago, but it didn’t hit him very hard. Then I got sick, and was laid out for a week. Now he’s getting sick again, only this time it’s something with his stomach.
We’re both getting sick of being sick.
Day 105: Hipster Pirates
During our work day at the Shire, Mad Martigan brought everyone a refreshing cool drink for a break. That’s right folks, PBRs.
Day 104: Nom nom nom
So since I’ve been sick all week we decided to stop at the Ram for lunch. Fred got an Alaskan BLTA, which is sockeye salmon in some kind of sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado. It was fairly messy.
